We would like to introduce you to our project ČECHOVA 20. This unique Art Nouveau building is located in an inspirational environment – among the world‘s ambassadors, talented artists and top sportsmen.

The unique atmosphere of the house consists in a number of details that can be found both on the street facade (for example, in the form of window ornaments and up-door sculptures) and in the interior of the building common areas (such as ornamental glazing).

The house stands in the eastern part of the continuous building of Čechova street that is lined by trees and offers its residents the living in a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a less hurried time. At the same time, however, it is located near the key roads, so it is always easy to get wherever you need - whether it‘s downtown where you go shopping by car, exhibition at the National Gallery where you can walk down the Veletržní street, or visiting relatives who live outside Prague.

The house also has its own courtyard with seating and is equipped with an external lift which does not affect the internal morphology of the building.

The common parts and the facade have been refurbished this year. This reconstruction emphasized the architectural masterpiece of this building.
